Online shop refunds & returns

All online sales are final, with no provisions for returning product(s) for credit/refund. If the Purchaser does not have a statutory or contractual right of withdrawal, and AT-Automation Technology (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) nevertheless has accepted a return of the goods in writing or text form (email), then the Seller in its discretion may charge the Purchaser a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price of any returned product.

Products showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted but will be returned to the Purchaser at the Purchaser’s expense.

Taxes & tax exemption (US & Canada)

Quoted prices do not include any federal, state and/or local, use, excise and other taxes, duties, or charges applicable to the sale of products (collectively referred to as “Taxes”). The Purchaser is responsible for promptly paying all Taxes arising from the purchase of the products, regardless of whether these Taxes are indicated in the sales order, determined subsequently, or recalculated at a later date.

In cases where the Purchaser is exempt from any Taxes, it is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide the Seller with a valid, signed tax exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authorities.
