Part-Time Operations & Sales Support (f/m/d) (20 hrs/week)Â
About Us:
Join AT – a leading developer and producer of high-tech 3D imaging sensors and thermal cameras. With our headquarters in Germany, we are expanding our presence in the U.S. and are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Operations & Sales Support to be a pivotal part of our Stoneham, Massachusetts team.
Role Overview:
Are you an experienced administrative or operations professional looking for a flexible, reduced-hours role? We’re seeking a highly organized and reliable team member to support our small North American office. This part-time position (20 hours per week) offers a mix of operations, accounting, and sales support responsibilities in a dynamic, international business environment.
Responsibilities:
- You manage the entire processing of customer orders, including entering order information, tracking shipments and imports with carriers and U.S. customs, coordination with our German headquarters, and providing updates to customers and distributors.
- You support our sales team with documentation and activity tracking, such as updating CRM and ERP data, preparing quotes, or assisting with customer documentation (e.g., NDAs).
- You oversee accounts receivable/payable, reconcile credit card and expense reports, and take care of day-to-day office management e.g. supplies and filing.
- On occasion, you help arrange travel and trade shows and serve as a point of contact for customers when the sales team is travelling.
Desired Qualities:

Prior experience in operations, administration, or sales support (manufacturing or technical industries a plus).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
